Mumbai, June 29 (IANS) Actor JK Simmons, seen in “The Tomorrow War” alongside Chris Pratt, has praised the Hollywood star.
Simmons said Pratt, who also serves as executive producer for the film, brings a level of humor to whatever he does.
Simmons said, “Pratt brings a level of humor to whatever he does, which is important in a film like this.”
He added: “And the way he talks about his wife, his child and the farm he lives on, you can tell he has a real love for life beyond all the showbiz stuff, which is a beautiful thing. If you need to spend 13 hours on a set with someone, he’s a great guy to spend that time with. ”
Regarding his relationship with Pratt’s character, Simmons said: “As for his relationship with Dan, it’s stressful once we meet them. They have led separate lives, and Dan is angry with his father, and rightly so. There is reluctance on the part of James to admit guilt in everything that happened between them in the past, which contributes to the drama. ”
Simmons describes his character as “a bit of a riddle”, which fascinated him.
