Bangalore, August 20 (IANS) Kannada star Yash’s highly anticipated film ‘KGF: Chapter 2’ is expected to hit theaters this year. Although the film’s release date has not yet been announced, Zee Entertainment said on Friday that its southern cluster channels have acquired worldwide satellite rights to the film.
Four channels – Zee Tamil, Zee Telugu, Zee Keralam and Zee Kannada, have taken over the film’s worldwide satellite rights.
Kannada star Rocky, who repeated her role as ‘Rocky bhai’ in the sequel to the 2018 film ‘KGF: Chapter 1’, is excited about the development.
“’KGF 2′ has a very special place in my heart. My director Prashant Neel, producer Vijay Kirgandur and I have a vision that has been very different and accessible, and we are grateful that the audience believes in the work we believe in. The love and support from the audience has been huge and I am glad that the film from the region I am from has managed to bring unity among our audience in India.

The film also stars Bollywood actors Sanjay Dutt and Raveena Tandon.
