A fan-favorite character who has just returned to MCU in Loki episode 4

In a guest appearance, fans have been waiting for Lady Sif (Jaimie Alexander) to show up after Mobius sends Loki into the time loop. She repeatedly looks up at Loki to cut her hair – a nod to a famous Nordic myth – and calls him “compassionate” and “pathetic.”

It was a short como, but a welcome one. This is the first we’ve seen of the character in MCU since “Thor: The Dark World” in 2013, and many wondered if she would ever return – especially after she was absent in “Thor: Ragnarok.” Lady Sif had comos in two episodes of “Agents of SHIELD” in 2014 and 2015, but it’s been pretty dry for her at MCU.

Many suspected that Jaimie Alexander would return to her role as Lady Sif in “Loki”, especially after a Instagram posts she shared with her timeline in November 2020 suggested she flew to Atlanta to film the show. While Deadline officially confirmed her role in the upcoming movie “Thor: Love and Thunder” back in December 2020, Alexander’s role in “Loki” was not a completely safe thing and we could not have been happier to see her enter our screens.

“Loki” episode 4 is now streaming on Disney +. New episodes arrive every Wednesday.
